Teamviewer / remote maintenance

To enable Vendomat support staff to access your computer, please download the TeamViewer software onto your computer and provide our support staff with the ID displayed and the one-time password.

This is how the connection is established

  1. Click on the download button and download the program. Confirm the security message with “Yes” when executing the .exe file.
  2. Tell our support staff the ID and password displayed.
  3. The connection will be established and we will try to solve the problem/question with you.

Terminate connection

Close the Vendomat Remote Support window by clicking on the “X” in the top right-hand corner and also make sure that the program no longer appears in the taskbar at the bottom left next to the clock.

You can then delete the support program or keep it for possible later use. However, our support team will not have access to your computer again until you provide us with your ID and password again.

Mobile Support

If you wish, Vendomat support staff can also access your cell phone. To do this, download the corresponding TeamViewer app from the App Store (iPhones) or the Play Store (Android) onto your cell phone and then provide Vendomat support with your ID and password.

  • iPhones: Only limited support is possible here.
  • Android: Download the TeamViewer app (QuickSupport) with support from your manufacturer (Samsung, Google etc.). This is the only way to ensure proper support from Vendomat.
