Lightspeed Pulse: Keep an eye on your business figures wherever you are

Lightspeed Pulse is a mobile app for the Lightspeed point of sale system. It presents key figures clearly in a format optimised for smartphones. This gives you a quick view of how the day is going and whether there is anything you should take a closer look at.
Key figures at a glance
Lightspeed Pulse includes metrics such as:
- gross and net revenue
- number of covers
- average order value
- open and completed orders
- discounts, voids and refunds
- table turnover times
- revenue per labour hour
This allows you to see more than just how much revenue has been generated. You also gain a clearer picture of how your business is performing that day.
For example, if the average order value is lower than usual or there is an unusually high number of voids, you can spot it straight away and investigate further if needed.
Identify developments over time
You can view and compare key figures across different periods.
For example, you can see whether revenue has changed compared with an earlier period or whether certain figures have been rising or falling over time.
This makes it easier to identify trends early and take a closer look at what may be driving them.
Compare multiple locations
Pulse is particularly useful for hospitality businesses with multiple locations.
You can switch between individual locations and compare their figures. You can also see how much each location contributes to your total revenue.
This helps you understand how each location is developing without having to collect figures from different businesses first.
